Important Pre-Requisites:
Previous experience in the Biomechanical Model of Cranial Osteopathy (CranioSacral or Biodynamic is not suffcient) is required in order to participate in any of the Pediatric Osteopathy courses. If you do not have minimum 50 classroom hours training in classical Biomechanical Cranial Osteopathy, you must simultaneously enroll in our online course Introduction to the Fundamentals of Cranial Osteopathy preparatory course. Click here. Both courses must be successfully completed in order to achieve Certification in Pediatric Osteopathy with the ICEO.

Participants who are enrolled in the entire course series are eligible for Certification once they complete all four courses

Part 1. Cranial Dysfunctions in Pediatric Osteopathy
This self paced course is part of our Pediatric Osteopathy Certification Program. It can be learned as part of the Program or alone if you wish to learn about the important aspects of Cranial Osteopathy in newborns, including the Mechanics of the Birthing Process, Pediatric Cranial Dysfunctions, Torticolis, and Cranial Moulding Protocols. Includes three full length pre-recorded Webinars, practice assignments, and case studies. This course is worth 25 hours of CEU/CPDs

Part 2. Approaches to Assessment in Pediatric Osteopathy
This is the second self paced course in our Pediatric Osteopathy Certification Program. It can be taken alone as an individual course, or as part of the Program. In this course you will learn how to perform a multi-level assessment of an infant as part of your New Patient Intake, including assessing a child according to standard Developmental Milestones, a complete understanding of Primitive Reflexes and how to assess for them, as well step by step protocol to perform a full body Osteopathic Assessment of an Infant. Includes demonstration videos and Webinars as well as a practice assignments. This course is worth 20 hours of CEU/CPDs

Part 3. Feeding & Digestion in Pediatric Osteopathy
This self paced course is part of our Pediatric Osteopathy Certification Program. It can be learned as part of the Program or alone. Learn how to support breastfeeding Mothers by understanding latching & feeding difficulties and how to treat them with Osteopathic Manual Therapy. Part 4. Orthopedic Dysfunctions in Pediatric Osteopathy
This is the fourth self paced course in our Pediatric Osteopathy Certification Program. It can be taken alone as an individual course, or as part of the Program. In this course you will learn about Upper Limbs and Lower Limbs Orthopedic Dysfunctions in Infants and how to treat them with Osteopathic Manual Therapy. Common abnormalities such as Shoulder Distocia that often presents at birth, followed by common Lower Limb abnormalities that present later in the Hips, Knees, and Feet and the Gait Abnormalities that can occur. Multi-Step Treatment Protocols for both Upper and Lower Limb Abnormalities are taught with a full length Webinar as well as a practice assignments. This course is worth 20 hours of CEU/CPDs8. \
